Printer configuration in USB and wireless with wizard

Turn ON the printer
Connect the printer USB

Windows 7 should automatically detect the printer, scanner or fax device as shown in Figure 12.1, and then automatically install a built-in driver to support it. As shown in Figure 12.2, the Driver Software Installation component handles the installation task. The printer, scanner, or fax device should then run immediately without any problems.

Once you have connected with computer the printer USB and If which is the windows 7 operating system, It will search the driver for Install.

Once the printer have got connected with computer, the Printer Icon will be dark compare to before

Just go to printer properties and give TEST print for confirmation.

If it will not connect with computer, You can connect manually.

Just Click the Add printer and follow these wizard

Select the port for printer.

Select the printer name for driver Installation

If we need to connect in Wireless, Just use wireless option and search the printer.

Select the printer name.

If it will not detect, Check the printer wireless button and turn on.

The last option is assign the ip address on router and configure the Ip in printer.
